Apply For Eagle Camp

The application form, essay, and payment must all be received to secure a place for your scout. Completed and signed medical forms must be received PRIOR to camp. You cannot sign-in to camp unless all forms have been filled out properly, and accepted by our staff.

A complete application MUST include:

  • Two page application in full including Scoutmaster Letter of Recommendation
  • Full Fee made payable to: Eagle Camp --  rate $395 before 1 March    (Late Registration Fee $425)
  • Current Medical Form expiring after camp
  • Copy of Health Insurance Card (front and back)
  • Scout’s Individual History Report and Individual Progress Report (provided by Troop)
  • Essay: “Why Eagle Camp will help My Scouting Experience.” (300 word minimum)

Upon receipt of your request for admission, you will receive a confirmation notice that we have received your application.  Upon acceptance you will receive updated information prior to camp via email. 

We require that any Troop with three (3) or more participants select one (1) parent as a primary point of contact for all communication with that Troop.
